The FFS bag filling machine forms the bags using a PE flat film, and then it fills and seals them in a single procedure (FFS = Form, Fill and Seal). These machines can produce bags for many different products, such as salt, wood pellets, animal feed, fertiliser, sand, cement, sphagnum, etc.
The size of the bags can vary from 10 to 80 litres, and the machine capacity can range from 500 to 1,600 bags per hour.

Palletizing and stretch film wrapping bags from the FFS filling machine
PanPac can help you palletize all types of bags coming from the FFS filling machine and then stretch wrap them afterwards, so that your products are protected from dust and water while in storage.
Among our solutions we offer a range of fully automatic stretch wrapping machines that can form part of a total solution. The only thing you need to worry about is moving the finished pallets to your storage area.
